The hotel offers clean and wonderful accommodation. It has a great location near the Metro system. The staff is really accommodating. The room is neat and well-maintained. The beds are comfy. The breakfast is enjoyable. The service is generally first-rate. Parking is available nearby.

Not a place if you have alot of bags. Parking is not close to the hotel and there is little opportunity to park close. Difficult to find temporary parking even to check into the hotel.

A few years back, I stayed at a nearby Hilton and had the worst experience that I had ever had at a hotel. The staff was rude and unconcerned about wrong accommodations and thefts that had occurred from my room. Naturally, I was reluctant to try another Hilton, but the price was right so I reserved a room at the Shirlington Hilton Garden Inn. As bad as the previous experience was, my most recent experience was at the totally opposite end of the hotel experience. The staff could not be any more accommodating and helpful. Everything was as it was supposed to be. The room was immaculate. On a scale of one to ten, this experience was definitely a ten. I will return to that hotel whenever I am in Washington DC.

Clean, comfortable, in an area within easy walking distance to interesting shopping, theater, & restaurants, also just across the street from a park with an excellent jogging/walking trail.

Wonderful overall experience. Very well maintained building and rooms with a jetted tub. First-rate service overall and parking nearby. Location close enough to restaurants, Wash National airport and Virginia. Reasonably priced food in the restaurants such as Dak Chicken, located 5 min away...

The Hotel staff was very nice. Hotel was nice. There were many different kinds of restaurants right around the corner. The metro bus stop is within walking distance.

The pool was the smallest pool I've ever seen, but it had a lifeguard on duty which was very funny to us. I was hoping we would be able to catch the metro subway within in walking distance, but the hotel shuttle service will take you to pentagon city stop, but you have to book a reservation, because the van fills up pretty quick.

It was a wonderful stay for a business trip. the staff was really accommodating and outstandingly friendly. - the location was marvelous, with a large park nearby. - the hotel was close to the Pentagon, shopping mall, eateries, shops, library. - the food offered was reasonably priced with a wide array of meals.

Very quiet rooms. Shuttle service daily to dc. Indoor parking garage and indoor swimming pool. But most of all a friendly and courteous staff, especially Carlos.
